My friend and I recently completed the Goechala Trek in Sikkim, India, with Clou Travel, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we started, our expert trek leader, Sampang, and the dedicated support team—including porters, horsemen, and kitchen staff—ensured that we were well taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and infectious enthusiasm made our two-week trek feel like a true adventure with family.

Throughout the journey, we felt completely supported, with our guide always in high spirits and ready to motivate us. For anyone looking to explore the stunning landscapes of Sikkim, I highly recommend Clou Travel. Their team is highly efficient and ensures every detail is meticulously planned—not just the trekking experience, but also airport transfers, permits, and on-ground assistance. They check in regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly, adding a layer of reassurance that makes all the difference.

The Goechala Trek itself is nothing short of breathtaking. We traveled late in the season, which meant fewer trekkers on the trail—a welcome bonus that allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in the raw beauty of the Himalayas. The route is incredibly diverse, taking us through lush forests, alpine meadows, and high-altitude landscapes, each with its own unique charm. Of course, the highlight was reaching the Goechala Pass viewpoint, where we were rewarded with spectacular panoramic views. Along the way, we crossed numerous suspension bridges and shared the trail with friendly mule caravans, adding to the charm of this offbeat adventure.

A heartfelt thank you to Clou Travel for making this journey so seamless and memorable. We’ll definitely be back for more adventures!

It was harder than I thought but worth pushing through. The landscapes are dreamy. I’d recommend good hiking boots — mine gave up midway!

Bibek Shah

I joined solo and felt part of a family by the second day. The terrain was rich and varied. Watching the sunrise at Dzongri was unforgettable.

Dolkar Tshering

This one’s no joke — long ascents, changing weather — but what a reward. If you’re fit and looking for a scenic, challenging trek, this is it.

Charles Meyer

Goecha La was breathtaking. The view of Mt. Pandim and others was surreal at dawn. The trekking team was professional, and the pace was just right.
